Good Morning!
I spend a pretty good amount of time “trolling” around the internet and every once in a while I see something that really inspires me. Today’s Teach Me Tuesday project is one of those inspirations. I follow a blog called Addicted 2 Decorating that is written by an incredibly talented gal named Kristi. She is so creative – it makes my head spin! She made the most beautiful and awesome Chrysanthemum Mirror out of plastic spoons!! Where does she come up with these ideas???
I consider myself crafty, but I have not been brave enough to attempt this masterpiece yet. I couldn’t wait to share it with you and who knows how long it will take me to get around to making my own – so here it is:

Look closely at this picture … those “petals” are made from the heads of plastic spoons. Can you believe it?? You can see the tutorial on how to make your own Chrysanthemum Mirror here. This has been one of Kristi’s most popular projects ever and I can definitely see why. Let’s be serious – who isn’t running (and by running I mean typing really really fast) to see how this project is done? If you ever see me running – call the cops, I am being chased and in trouble. I digress …
I hope to get the chance to meet Kristi in person one day, but in the mean time I will just have to continue to be inspired by her talent. I am just glad she shares that talent in her fantastic blog!
