It is raining here today again. Not just a little sprinkling, full on sheets of pouring rain. The best thing to pull out on a rainy day (next to a darling little raincoat) is your crockpot! Oooh … the smell of something cooking in the crockpot makes me so happy!
This morning I filled my crockpot with the most yummy recipe. It was simple, smelled heavenly and tasted even better. You have to try this one:

Mix the three packets and a 1/2 cup of water, pour over the roast and cook on low all day. It makes the most delicious gravy for the mashed potatoes that of course you have to have with pot roast.
So – grab your crockpot, three little packages of delicious and a pot roast and make your family happy they have come out of the rain.
